ioa vision

Our Vision

Vision of "Idraak Organization Afghanistan" reflects a desire for a sustainable, developed, and peaceful society where all individuals can enjoy their fundamental rights without discrimination. Achieving this vision involves several key elements:

Cross-Cutting Issues in IOA Programming

Idraak Organization Afghanistan (IOA) integrates essential cross-cutting priorities across all its humanitarian and development programs to ensure inclusiveness, equity, accountability, and sustainability in serving vulnerable communities throughout Afghanistan.

Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment

IOA promotes equal participation and opportunities for women, men, girls, and boys. All programs address gender-specific needs, prevent GBV, and strengthen women’s leadership and livelihoods.

Protection, Inclusion, and Do No Harm

Protection principles guide all activities to safeguard dignity, rights, and safety. IOA ensures inclusion of persons with disabilities, minorities, IDPs, returnees, and other marginalized groups while applying the Do No Harm approach.

Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP)

IOA prioritizes transparency, participation, and community feedback to ensure programs are responsive and aligned with local priorities.

Environmental Sustainability

As part of our green vision, IOA integrates climate-sensitive and eco-friendly practices, promoting resource conservation and environmental protection in all interventions.

Conflict Sensitivity and Social Cohesion

Programs are designed to prevent harm, reduce tensions, and strengthen peaceful coexistence among communities.

Safeguarding and Child Protection

IOA enforces zero tolerance for exploitation or abuse and ensures the protection of children and vulnerable individuals in all activities.
