Idraak Organization Afghanistan (IOA) integrates essential cross-cutting priorities across all its humanitarian and development programs to ensure inclusiveness, equity, accountability, and sustainability in serving vulnerable communities throughout Afghanistan.
Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment
IOA promotes equal participation and opportunities for women, men, girls, and boys. All programs address gender-specific needs, prevent GBV, and strengthen women’s leadership and livelihoods.

IOA prioritizes transparency, participation, and community feedback to ensure programs are responsive and aligned with local priorities.
