O ur health program is dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations, particularly children, women, the elderly, and persons with disabilities, by ensuring their access to both basic and comprehensive healthcare services at no cost. We work closely with key sector actors, including the World Health Organization (WHO), the Ministry of Public Health, international and national NGOs, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders, to coordinate our efforts and collaborate on impactful responses, especially in emergencies and recovery situations.
Through our health-focused initiatives, Idraak Organization Afghanistan (IOA) actively advocates for communities that lack access to essential healthcare services and facilities, particularly in underserved and hard-to-reach areas. Our health campaigns, outreach missions, and awareness programs are designed to promote preventive health practices, address pressing public health concerns, and mobilize resources to ensure timely and equitable access to care. IOA works closely with local health authorities, community leaders, and partner organizations to strengthen referral systems, enhance community-based health awareness, and improve service delivery for vulnerable populations, including women, children, and persons with disabilities.
